What makes creamy honey special?

When honey is harvested, it is liquid, and over time it crystallizes naturally. The classic, liquid honey often found in stores is obtained by gently heating it, which gives it a uniform consistency.

WithOlaya HoneyInstead, we use acold stirring process, where the honey is gently stirred and whipped to break the crystallization and create a smooth, creamy texture – without heating the product.

The result is a honey with a soft and spreadable consistency that retains its natural flavor and aroma.
