This organic chestnut honey has a distinctive, full-bodied flavor with slightly bitter undertones and a deep, warm aroma that makes it completely unique among honeys.

The honey is extracted by cold extraction and comes from the pristine chestnut forests of Asturias, where Olaya Miel carefully selects the best places for the beehives.

The creamy consistency is achieved through a cold-stirring process , where the honey is gently worked without heating to break the crystallization. This gives a soft and spreadable texture, while preserving the honey's natural aroma and flavor.
